The Art of Hand-Pouring Soy Candles

Every Heaven Candle begins with a single pour. It sounds simple, but the process behind each candle involves hours of careful preparation, precise temperature control, and hand-finishing that no machine can replicate.

We start by melting 100% natural soy wax at exactly 85°C — too hot and the wax loses its smooth finish, too cool and it won't hold fragrance properly. This narrow window is what separates handmade candles from factory-produced ones.

Once the wax reaches the perfect temperature, we blend in our premium fragrance oils. Each scent is formulated to have a clean throw — present enough to fill a room, but never overwhelming. We use phthalate-free oils that are safe to burn and kind to the environment.

The pouring itself requires a steady hand. For our flower candles, we pour in layers — each petal is shaped individually while the wax is still warm and pliable. A single peony candle can take up to 2 hours to complete, with each petal carefully sculpted by hand.

After pouring, every candle goes through a 24-hour curing period. This allows the wax to fully bond with the fragrance oils, ensuring a consistent scent throw throughout the entire burn life of the candle.

The final step is quality inspection. We check every candle for air bubbles, uneven surfaces, and wick positioning. If anything doesn't meet our standard, the candle is melted down and started over. No shortcuts, no compromises — that's the Heaven Candle promise.
