All Heaven Candles are made to order. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to handcraft and carefully package your candles before shipping.

Delivery Times

Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days after dispatch. Express shipping (1-2 business days) is available at checkout for an additional fee.

Packaging

Each candle is individually wrapped in tissue paper and nestled in recycled paper fill inside a sturdy box. We take extra care to ensure your handmade candles arrive in perfect condition.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at hello@heavencandle.store with photos. We'll send a replacement at no cost.
